Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.
This property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for all reservations.
The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

韓國電影今年風光坎城，除了《惡女》以外，犯罪動作電影《不汗黨：地下秩序》（The Merciless）也入選第七十屆坎城午夜放映單元。《不汗黨：地下秩序》由韓國影帝薛耿求、演技派偶像任時完主演。而《不汗黨：地下秩序》將於6月30日在台灣隆重上映。
《不汗黨：地下秩序》是時完入伍前最後一部電影力作，他在片中打破模範生的框架，首次飾演威風凜凜的硬漢角色，並在最新釋出的官方劇照中，脫去上衣大秀肌肉，展現精壯好身材，與《未生》中純真的職場菜鳥形象迥然不同。日前他與薛耿求接受韓國節目《演藝家中介》專訪時表示，對於突破觀影人次，他不懂那是什麼概念。但《不汗黨：地下秩序》對他來說會變成怎樣一個里程碑，感到非常期待。
至於韓國影帝薛耿求，則是覺得十分榮幸，能讓全世界的人能看到這部《不汗黨：地下秩序》，並透露首次與任時完合作的感想，認為時完很執著在演技上，不斷不斷地努力。同時也鼓勵大家去看電影中，他與時完兩人上演超過兄弟情的微妙化學反應！在《不汗黨：地下秩序》中兩人在獄中相遇，後成為黑社會最強的換帖兄弟，兩人戲外也情如兄弟，展現終極的「Bromance」。

媒體民調指出，總統蔡英文的兩岸關係政策，僅有30.7%的受訪者認為對國家安全有利，高達47.5%的受訪者認為不利。對此，陸委會22日回應表示，根據陸委會自製民調顯示，超過8成民眾支持政府致力維護兩岸關係和平穩定，另外有9成民眾認為兩岸應該互釋善意，致力推動兩岸良性互動。
陸委會表示，自去年520總統蔡英文就職以來，政府致力維護台海和平穩定情勢，並持續與對岸保持溝通與善意互動交流，對整體國家尊嚴與安全的維護具有重要意義。根據本會民調顯示，有8成以上民眾支持政府致力維護兩岸關係和平穩定。
另外根據陸委會民調，近9成民眾認為維持台海和平穩定是兩岸共同責任，雙方應該持續相互釋放善意，致力推動兩岸良性互動(105年10月，89%)；並贊成政府主張推動兩岸和平的承諾和善意不變，雙方應共同尋求兩岸互動新模式(106年1月，84.6%)等政策立場。我們認為，兩岸應透過溝通對話化解分歧，才有助尋求雙方共同的利益及認知，促進互惠雙贏的合作關係。
陸委會強調，政府對維護台灣民主制度及依循台灣民意推動兩岸關係的政策方向是一貫且堅定。政府瞭解民眾對兩岸關係和平穩定發展有所期待，對於各界意見會虛心接受及納為參考。此外，面對未來亞太情勢與兩岸可能互動發展，政府將持續關注並審慎因應。
